‘My Account’ on The Nutri Station allows you to conveniently modify your account details and access your order history. It grants you control over your account, where you can edit personal information, change your password, track orders, place re-orders, manage Nutri Coins, and view your wishlist.
How will I know my Order is confirmed ?
Once your order is placed and payment is authorized, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your unique Order ID, the list of items you’ve ordered, and the expected dispatch/delivery time. We’ll also notify you when your items are shipped, along with their tracking numbers.
What should I check before opening the product?
Before opening the product, verify the MRP sticker, hologram, batch number, importer’s sticker, expiry date, packaging, and nutritional facts to ensure authenticity and safety.
Can I buy a ‘Sold Out’ product?
Unfortunately, ‘Sold Out’ products are currently unavailable. But you can get notified when they’re back in stock by using our ‘Notify Me’ feature.
I’ve cancelled my order. When can I expect to receive my refund?
